In recent months, we’ve been covering many issues a new Grand Capital user may encounter before starting trading. In this article, we will tell you how to kick off the trading process with a real account. Yes, we mean funds deposit — the essential and initial part of your trading creed.
We offer plenty of ways to deposit funds. Regardless of what payment system you choose, we compensate money transfer commissions charged by your bank or transfer agent. It means if a payment system charges 1% of the sum you transfer, your final deposit volume will be the same including that 1%. But still, there might be some other costs we don’t compensate. For example, if you use some cryptocurrency for a deposit, at first you might need to exchange fiat currency with a certain commission. Anyway, let’s start with the available options.
Find the Deposit section
Go to your Private Office and find the account you want to replenish. Then, on the right side, click the Deposit button.
The Deposit section appears. It features three steps: Transaction details, Verification, and Payment. Select the preferred payment method in Transaction details.
Next, let’s cover some deposit options separately. Some of them are region-specific, for instance, there are Indian, Nigerian, or Vietnamese payment systems. They are listed with the flags of each country. The others are universal.
Deposit with a bank card
To deposit with Mastercard, click the button in the Bank cards payment option and fill in the Grand Capital account number, specify the currency and amount of deposit. If your bank account currency is different from the one you wish to deposit, we would advise paying attention to the Exchange rates table available on the page bottom.
If everything is correct, press Continue and check the entered data in the Verification tab. Then, press Transfer funds to proceed to the payment system website.
Then, enter your card number, name, date of expiration, and the CVV code. Congratulations! You made your first deposit. The only thing left is to wait for funds to be credited.
Cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Tether, and Ethereum
In the section Electronic payment systems, select the cryptocurrency you wish to transfer, then fill in the target account and the amount of your deposit. Then, after verification, the payment page shows up with a wallet address. Transfer your crypto to this address and wait for the deposit to complete. This process is similar for every cryptocurrency, however, when you transfer USDT (Tether) don’t confuse the TRC20 and ERC20 networks.
