How to withdraw from a Grand Capital account

Every trader is aiming at generating profit. It may be challenging at the start, but sooner or later, everyone comes to their fondest dream — a large surplus on a trading account. You may continue to trade on a larger scale with these funds and gain even more profit! In this article, however, we want to tell you how to withdraw your profit effectively.

There are various withdrawal options in our Private Office. Note that the way you want to withdraw should be the same as that you have used to deposit. If you tried several ways to deposit, withdraw using the same money transfer systems in the same proportions.

The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.

Withdrawal requests take not more than one business day. When you withdraw via bank transfer, your money arrives during 3-5 days.

For withdrawal and deposit operations, you might need to verify your account. In case you are not familiar with the verification process, check out our recent post! It explains the issue well.

Let’s move to the withdrawal process. In your Private Office, find an account you want to withdraw from and click the three dots on the right side. After a list of options appears, choose “Withdraw”. Then, the “Withdraw funds” tab appears. It looks similar to the “Deposit funds” tab we considered in the previous article

Choose the withdrawal method. As mentioned above, choosing a transfer system you used to deposit is crucial. We will consider the most popular.

Cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Tether, and Etherium

The process is the same for every one of these three currencies. Click on the option you wish to use for withdrawal, select the account you want to withdraw from, then type in the amount. Fill the “Purse” field carefully — this is where to paste your wallet number. When you transfer USDT (Tether), don’t confuse TRC20 and ERC20 networks! In the worst case, your money will go in an unknown direction and probably be lost forever. After you've done this step, click “Continue” and check your data for mistakes. If something is wrong, return with the “Back” button and correct inaccuracies. When everything is correct, press “Withdraw”. That’s it! You have successfully created your withdrawal request.

Bank transfers

There are plenty of regional banks you can use to withdraw. The process is slightly different for each of them. Let’s consider an example.

This is what a typical bank transfer form looks like — a SWIFT money transfer. This option might be tricky since it requires many data to fill. It is unlikely that many people have these numbers and codes within easy reach, so we recommend you connect to your bank support first. If you enter the transfer data incorrectly, the withdrawal request will be declined. So, press “continue” after you are sure what to type in.

Other electronic payment systems

Using payment systems for withdrawal is mostly as easy as cryptocurrencies. They feature four fields slightly different in each case. For example, AstroPay requires your email instead of your purse. On the other hand, PayRedeem has the same purse field, yet in this case, a purse is an email attached to that payment system.

We hope this article made the withdrawal process clear for you. If you have any questions left, connect with our customer support. We are always happy to improve your trading!
