AUD/USD: the pair reflects the price of one Australian dollar in relation to the US dollars. Along with the New Zealand and Canadian dollar, AUD belongs to the category of commodity currencies, which means it is a currency of the country whose exports consist primarily of raw materials (precious metals, oil, agriculture etc.).
